Please stop and read before making an appointment.

• Cancellation Policy/ No Show Policy

We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 100% of the service scheduled, with no exceptions.

• Credit Card On File

We also reserve the right to require a credit card number for all bookings for our late cancellation and no-show policy.

• Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be cut at the original appointment time, so this will not affect our other clients.

• Prices are subject to change at any time.


• To redeem gift cards for your appointment, they must be present at the time of check out. All gift cards have a one-year expiration from the date of purchase. 


• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
